The Arkansas Valley RCA is built by ordinary working people — farmworkers, teachers, retail and service workers, students, the unemployed, and everyone the system leaves behind. If you’re tired of watching the billionaires win, there’s a place for you here.

We don’t ask you to have all the answers. We ask you to show up.

What happens next

1. You reach out. Message us on Signal. Tell us a little about yourself and why you’re interested — as much or as little as you’re comfortable with.
2. We talk. A comrade will have a conversation with you to get to know you. No pressure, no commitment.
3. You come to a meeting. When you’re ready, we’ll invite you to an upcoming public event or meeting — a good place to meet people face to face.
4. You get organized. From there, you plug into the work however fits your life.

A note on privacy

We take the safety of our members and supporters seriously. We advertise a Signal username, never a phone number, and we don’t collect more information than we need. You control how much you share and when. If you have security questions, ask — we’re happy to help you get set up safely.
